This is not another fitness blog recycling the same advice. Every tool uses a named, peer-reviewed formula. Every article cites its sources. Every claim is traceable.

Who's Behind FitFixLife

KH

Kazi Habib

B.Pharm · MBA · PMP · Digital Marketing, York University

Founder, FitFixLife

I spent over a decade inside the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry — not as a doctor or a personal trainer, but as someone whose entire career has been built around making complex health and scientific data accessible, accurate, and actionable.

My academic foundation sits at the intersection of science and strategy. I hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from the University of Asia Pacific, an MBA in Marketing from American International University-Bangladesh, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. I also completed a Digital Marketing certificate program at York University in Toronto — one of Canada's leading universities — where I formalized the SEO, analytics, content strategy, and digital campaign management skills that now power everything behind FitFixLife.

I've Done This Before — In a Regulated Industry

At Beximco Pharmaceuticals, one of South Asia's largest pharmaceutical companies, I led the launch of an entire nutraceutical business unit from the ground up. That meant everything: product selection through market research and focus group discussions, customer lifecycle design, vendor selection, regulatory compliance, nutritional labeling, packaging development, and go-to-market strategy. I worked directly with nutritionists to develop medically-informed diet charts paired with our products.

The portfolio I helped bring to market included SlimoMeal and DiaMeal — science-backed meal replacement products designed for weight management and diabetic nutrition, respectively. This was real product development in a regulated pharmaceutical environment, with real patients and real health outcomes on the line.

That experience gave me something most fitness content creators do not have: firsthand understanding of how nutrition products are actually formulated, tested, labeled, and brought to market under regulatory scrutiny.

More recently, as Sales & Marketing Manager at ARSI Canada Inc. — a North American Contract Research Organization specializing in custom synthesis, analytical services, and GMP drug development — I've led marketing strategy for CDMO and CRO services. My work involves positioning complex scientific services for biotech and pharma decision-makers, building content strategies rooted in clinical data, and analyzing market trends using tools like IQVIA, SEMrush, and Google Analytics. I've driven measurable results including 76% revenue growth through strategic repositioning and data-driven campaign execution.

So Why FitFixLife?

Because I kept seeing the same problem online that I'd spent my career solving in pharma: bad information dressed up as expertise. The fitness and wellness space is flooded with recycled content — calorie calculators that do not tell you which formula they use, nutrition guides with zero citations, macro advice that contradicts itself from one site to the next, and meal replacement recommendations from people who have never been inside a product development lab.

In pharmaceutical marketing, that kind of carelessness is not just frowned upon — it is a regulatory violation. I wanted to bring that same standard of evidence, accuracy, and accountability to health and fitness content.

What I am:

A pharmaceutical scientist, certified project manager, and digitally-trained marketing strategist who has launched real nutrition products, led health science communications in regulated industries, and spent his career at the intersection of science, data, and consumer health.

What I'm not:

A personal trainer, a registered dietitian, or a doctor. FitFixLife is an educational platform, not a substitute for professional medical advice. See our full disclaimer.

If you find an error, a broken citation, or content that does not meet the standard — I want to know. Accuracy matters more than ego.

Our 5 Content Pillars

Food Intelligence

Nutrient Intelligence

Vitamins, minerals, supplements, and micronutrients. What works, what doesn’t, and what the clinical evidence actually says.

Sleep & Recovery

Circadian science, sleep architecture, and recovery protocols that go beyond “get 8 hours.” Evidence-based strategies for better rest.

Movement & Body

Exercise science vs. gym myths. Training principles rooted in research, not influencer culture. Strength, mobility, and performance.

Discipline & Environment

Habit architecture, behavioral science, and environment design. Build systems that work — because willpower alone doesn’t.
